TERMS AND CONDITIONS

On receipt of your deposit, it is assumed that you have read and agree to the following terms in relation to your order.

DEFINITIONS

In these conditions the following terms have the following meanings:-

"Little Pinkie Vintage Afternoon Tea" abbreviated to "LPTAT"

"Booking" the arrangement and contact by the customer for the provision of goods and/or services on a specified date.

"Price" the amount quoted by LPVAT

"Customer" the individual who made contact to arrange the booking

"24 hours" is equal to 1 day

 

PAYMENT TERMS

Physical payment can be either cash or bank transfer.

A deposit of £60 which is non refundable is needed to secure the date and booking. The remainder of the agreed amount with the  customer  and LPVAT is required on delivery of goods or before.

 

PRICES

The price of the goods/service is not subject to negotiation once both parties (Customer and LPVAT) have agreed the price.

The exception is if the customer wishes to add to the number of guests which would need to be done no later than 3 days before the event date.

Numbers can not be less than what was agreed two weeks before the event date.

 

ALLERGIES AND SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

 

Please let us know if you have any guests with dietary requirement asap.

Although we do our very best to not cross contaminate we cannot guarantee that the ingredients that we use is completely free of nuts or Gluten

 

DELIVERY SCHEDULE AND CANCELATIONS

Delivery time and date will be pre agreed at the time of booking and is not subject to change unless this is no less than 3 days prior to agreed date.

Over 10 miles from LPVAT headquarters there is a 50p per mile charge.

If you do not require the hosting service then all belongings of LPVAT must be washed and packed ready for returning or collecting. There is a mileage charge for collection.
