At Little Pinkie's I am all about creating the perfect experience for you and your guests regardless if it is an afternoon tea, buffet or a cake.
We have many years of experience putting together events and designing for a wide range of occasions. created a range of package deals put together to help you create the perfect day for you and your guest.
Let us take the pressure away that normally comes with putting on an event, designing and seeing it all come together.
A consultation is a really good idea and can be done on the telephone or via message.
We will talk about how you want it all set up, themes, colours, flavour choices and build a package bespoke to you.
Lets create the memories that will last you and your guests a lifetime.

GET BOOKED IN
Now that have received a quote and decided on what you are going with, it is time to get booked in.
We will direct you on how is best to do this and give you all of the information needed.
A £100 non refundable deposit will secure your date.
AFTERNOON TEA
Afternoon Tea
Traditionally, afternoon tea was served at 3pm. You don't have to stick with this. You can choose which ever time suits you and your guests. All I would need to do is to be with you about an hour/2 hours before your guests arrive so that everything is set up and ready to be enjoyed.
A lot goes into the preparation and behind the scenes for our events and its not just about the baking. Its all about the finer details. Flowers on the tables, cakes decorated to match your colour theme and lots more.
Full set up afternoon teas are a minimum of 10 adults and we can cate up to £130.
We always aim to accommodate all of your requests where we can so please ask if there is anything we can do to make it even more special.
What Will Be Included In All Packages and Price?
£24.50 pp (min 10 adults)
£14.50 per child
- Delivery and setting up
- White linen Table cloths Rectangle or round
- Flowers, table runners and table decorations to compliment your theme
- Cutlery
- China cup, saucer and plate for every guest
- Milk jugs and sugar bowls
- Cake stands
- Napkins
- Unlimited tea and coffee
- Milk
- Sugar
- Homemade Sausage Rolls
- Selection of Freshly made sandwiches from a choice of 5 options. Ham, Cheese, Egg Mayonnaise, Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese, Cream Cheese and Cucumber. If you would like to switch with another filling please let us know.
- Larger decorated cake (chocolate or Madeira) with buttercream, flowers and a topper can be included in the package at a discounted price of £75 (normally 6 inch cakes start from £85 plus decor etc).
- Mix of different flavour cupcakes (choice of vanilla, Lemon, salted caramel, chocolate, and many more)
- Scones with clotted cream and strawberry jam
- Rocky Road or Brownies
- you get to keep all of the cakes that are left over to take home and enjoy with take away bags provided .
A non refundable deposit of £150 is required to secure your date. The remaining balance with final numbers and flavour choices due 2 weeks before the event date.
*if you are not having the hosting service all items must be washed and packed away before being returned or collected.
HOSTESS SERVICE
Hostess Service
At Little Pinkie's I am all about creating the perfect experience for you and your guests. Let us take the pressure away that normally comes with putting an event together with our Hostess Service.
Relax and enjoy the pleasures of being poured unlimited tea and coffee. Freshly made sandwiches replenished. Why not be served mouth watering cake and scones that looks as good as they taste creating the memories that will last you and your guests a lifetime.
Not just all of the delicious food, also everything else that goes with it to make it a stunning set up.
What Will Be Included?
- Have your own personal Hostess for the duration of your party to add that special touch to your event.
- Your event will be ready and set up before you and your guests arrive.
- They will serve and replenish you and your guests tea, cakes and sandwiches.
- We will pour your alcoholic drinks if required. (we do not provide the alcohol)
- Cut up large cakes and serve an also wrap up for people to take home.
- Box up any cake left over for you and your guests to take home.
- Don't worry about cleaning and washing up after, we have got that covered too.
Price: £95 per host (it is recommended having more than one host over 25 people)
